Mark Cole
Vice President of EQUIP Leadership Inc. and CEO for The John Maxwell Co. With over 19 years of leadership and team development experience, Mark Cole has become a champion of the John C. Maxwell brand of leadership. Due to his passion about leadership development and organizational growth, Mark is uniquely qualified to add value to individual leaders and leadership teams. As a business manager, Mark currently oversees all of John’s business ventures and serves as Executive Vice President for EQUIP International, a non-profit leader development organization founded by John in 1996.
