The interactive, participatory, 8 session curriculum, is delivered in a minimum of 2 seminars to groups of not more than 12 participants to allow time to share and discuss each lesson.  Authentic Leadership focuses on our relationship with Christ, a better understanding of forgiveness and our identity in God. This curriculum is what our International and Canadian Partners are welcome to use as a leadership training tool.

ELC’s curriculum, introduced in 2016 and affirmed by ELC’s National and International Partners is a brand new, unique, innovative, internationally welcomed change. Authentic Leadership – Living in Newness of Life is a back to basics look at the source of all effective Christian leadership—the leader’s identity in Christ. When the heart of the leader is centered in Christ, leadership as He intends produces eternal results.
