The Equip Leadership Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of the Collaborative Leadership team of Dr. Narry Santos, President and Dr. Paul Pascoal, Executive Director. These two men of faith, operating in the Spirit and from their motivational gifts, are especially well positioned to advance the global Christian leadership movement entrusted to us by God.
During the Spring of 2024, the ELC Board of Directors embarked on a selection process for the position of Executive Director, held by Mark Middleton for over 12 years who announced his desire to step aside (Spirit prompting, age, health). Mark created the vision, mandate and global strategy of ELC. Once the foundation was established, Authentic Leadership—Living in Newness of Life, written by Wes Boldt, was adopted as the curriculum for ELC’s seminars. Under Mark’s leadership, ELC has become a highly respected Christian leadership movement with an innovative global approach. Mark steps into the role of Special Advisor to support the transition of ELC’s leadership for the next phase of growth. ELC owes Mark a debt of gratitude for his visionary servant leadership.
God has given us two excellent global leaders in Dr. Santos and Dr. Pascoal. With their respective credentials, strengths, heart identities, and dependence on the Spirit, we are confident that they will collaboratively lead ELC into the future.
