Our partnership with Lost and Found International is a result of the tireless efforts of Canadian businessman, Greg Holohan, whose heart was captured by the commitment of the Lost and Found ministry leadership to the abandoned and exploited children of the region. Greg received the Authentic Leadership Training in 2018 and introduced it to Lost and Found International Directors, William and Tammy Wood.
In the fall of 2019, the Lost and Found leadership and key area pastors received the first module of Authentic Leadership from Barry Thiessen of Winnipeg, Manitoba and ELC’s Paul Pascoal. Then, in March 2-6, 2020, just prior to COVID restrictions, the leadership and key regional pastors took the second module and arranged for Barry and Paul to teach the first module to the entire Lost and Found staff. William Wood was so encouraged by the material that he is becoming a facilitator for Authentic Leadership in Central America. He will initially be training in Guatemala with our partner, Hope of Life, whose commitment is also to abandoned and exploited children.
